Dr Triantafyllio Zafeiri is a periodontist and graduate of King’s College London, where she completed a Master of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Periodontology. She initially qualified with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and developed an early interest in periodontology, oral surgery and implant dentistry.
She completed a Master of Science in Advanced Oral Surgery and Dental Implantology at the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”. Dr Zafeiri also holds a Master of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Periodontology from King’s College London and has successfully passed the Membership in Periodontology (MPerio) examinations with the Royal College of Surgeons of England, currently awaiting inclusion on the Specialist List.
She has been elected an Associate of King’s College by the Council and holds a Certificate of Completion of Specialized Training in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry from the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP).
Her clinical expertise includes the surgical and non-surgical management of periodontal disease and peri-implantitis and she has extensive experience in surgical extractions and implant placements. She has a particular interest in aesthetically demanding cases, including mucogingival surgery and crown lengthening procedures.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Zafeiri is actively involved in academia and professional training. She has lectured undergraduate students at King’s College London, delivered hands-on workshops across Europe and performed live periodontal surgeries.
Dr Zafeiri combines a meticulous, evidence-based approach with a strong commitment to patient-centred care, ensuring tailored treatment delivered with precision, compassion and the highest professional standards.
